Fitting Instructions

Our slippers are unisex and sized according to SA/UK size chart.
They are true to size, so we recommend ordering your usual shoe size.
If one wears a half size, we recommend taking a size larger.
When new, your slippers will feel snug - this is intentional. The fit will naturally relax after a few wears as the sheepskin wool flattens and the upper gently stretches, moulding perfectly to your feet.

Delivery

We aim to book the courier on the same day as your order is placed.
Orders are dispatched from Johnannesburg and delivered in ecomomy nationwide at a cost of R99.00 per order.
Delivery takes between 1-5 working days once dispatched depending on where the package is going to. Johannesburg delivery takes about 1 working day.
We do not ship internationally (sorry).

Care Suggestions

Use a soft bristled brush to gently remove dust, debris or dirt.
Spot clean wool gently by hand with luke warm water and liquid wool detergent.
Do not machine or hand wash the whole product . One should not wash leather.
Air dry only. Avoid direct sunlight.

Cleaning & Dirt prevention solutions:

Spray the Spotless Dirt Resistor on the wool. This helps repel liquids, resist stains and add an extra layer of protection to your product.
Apply the Spotless Leather Clean & Feed onto the upper leather part of the product. This helps remove dirt, dust, some stains and debris whilst replenishing the necessary oils, restoring the leather's softness, flexibility and lustre. This prevents drying, cracking and premature aging of the leather.
