EXCHANGE, RETURN & GUARANTEE POLICIES
Exchange or Return Policy & Procedure
We offer a 14 day return or exchange policy. This means that customers have 14 days from date of receiving their order to notify us of their return or exchange intention.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item/s must be in the same condition that you received them in, be unworn and unused, clean, with tags, and preferably in its original box packaging. You’ll also need the receipt, order number or proof of purchase.
- To start a return or exchange, please contact Hazel via hazel@sheepskinslipperssa.co.za and explain the details of your request.
- If your return or exchange is accepted, we’ll email you instructions on how and where to courier your package to.
- Please courier the item/s to us in a box for protection and not loose in a flyer bag where they can get damaged during transit. Items damaged during transit due to improper packaging will be at the cutomers cost.
- Upon receipt of the package, your item/s will be checked that they are in the excellent condition and have not been worn, damaged, clean, are in the same condition as the customer received them etc. Any items with marks, dirt, scratches or signs of being worn will be rejected for exchange or refund.
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return or exchange will not be accepted.
- The couriering of return or exchange items to Sheepskin Slippers SA is at the cost and organisation of the customer. Sheepskin Slippers SA will cover the courier cost and organisation of exchange items back to the customer.
- If the customer mistakenly orders the incorrect item, colour or size (say, a size 4 versus a size 5 or a brown versus a pink etc), all courier organisation and costs thereof are the responsibility of the customer.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Return/Refund Policy
The return/refund procedure is as detailed above.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded the price of the product, but not the delivery cost.
Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Manufacturing Guarantee Policy
We stand behind the quality of our footwear. All products are covered by a 6-month manufacturing guarantee from the date of purchase. This guarantee covers defects in workmanship or materials under normal wear.
It does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, alterations, or general wear and tear.
Should a manufacturing fault arise within this period, we will gladly assess the item and, where appropriate, offer a repair, replacement, or store credit. Proof of purchase is required.
