• Our slippers are unisex and sized according to SA/UK size chart.
• They are true to size, so we recommend ordering your usual shoe size.
• If one wears a half size, we recommend taking a size larger.
• When new, your slippers will feel snug - this is intentional. The fit will naturally relax after a few wears as the sheepskin wool flattens and the upper gently stretches, moulding perfectly to your feet.

• Use a soft bristled brush to gently remove dust, debris or dirt.
• Spot clean wool and suede gently by hand with luke warm water and liquid wool detergent.
• Do not machine or hand wash the whole product . One should not wash suede.
• Air dry only. Avoid direct sunlight.

Cleaning & Dirt prevention solutions:

• Spray the Spotless Dirt Resistor on the outside of the suede and wool. This helps repel liquids, resist stains and add an extra layer of protection to your product.

• We aim to book the courier on the same day as your order is placed.
• Orders are dispatched from Johnannesburg and delivered in ecomomy nationwide at a cost of R99.00 per order.
• Delivery takes between 1-5 working days once dispatched depending on where the package is going to. Johannesburg delivery takes about 1 working day.
• We do not ship internationally (sorry).
