• Our slippers are unisex and sized according to SA/UK size chart.
• They are true to size, so we recommend ordering your usual shoe size.
• If one wears a half size, we recommend taking a size larger.
• When new, your slippers will feel snug - this is intentional. The fit will naturally relax after a few wears as the sheepskin wool flattens and the upper gently stretches, moulding perfectly to your feet.
• If you're in Johannesburg and would like to try on a pair before purchasing, you're welcome to visit us at River Club, Sandton. Please contact us to arrange a convenient time.

• We aim to book the courier on the same day as your order is placed.
• Orders are dispatched from Johnannesburg and delivered in ecomomy nationwide at a cost of R99.00 per order.
• Delivery takes between 1-5 working days once dispatched depending on where the package is going to. Johannesburg delivery takes about 1 working day.
• We do not ship internationally (sorry).

Washing guidelines:

• Wash as per any wool product: Dry clean, machine wash on the wool cycle, or hand wash/spot clean in luke warm water. Any hotter and the product may get damaged.
• Use wool liquid detergent rather than granule detergent because the granules sometimes don't dissolve properly and leave a residue.
• Gently squeeze water out. Rather not wring/twist them.
• Air dry only. Avoid direct sunlight.

Cleaning & Dirt prevention solutions:

• Spray the Spotless Dirt Resistor on the outside of the suede and wool. This helps repel liquids, resist stains and add an extra layer of protection to your product.

The Margie’s Comfies range carries a story close to our hearts. These slippers are the very style our founder Hazel’s mother, Margie Hoole, lovingly handcrafted for nearly 30 years under her brand, Margie’s Comfies.

Sold at agricultural shows, home-industry shops, markets and festivals, her slippers became a trusted favourite across the Eastern Cape - known for their natural warmth and unmistakable comfort.

For nearly three decades, Margie warmed the Eastern Cape’s feet one lovingly made pair at a time.

Today, Hazel honours her late mom’s legacy by continuing to offer this cherished range. Margie’s Comfies remain our signature slippers - the original design that laid the foundation for our brand and continues to be loved today.
