Material

SLIPPER INNER & COLLAR
100% genuine 1st-grade merino sheepskin with 2cm thick soft wool for comfort and warmth.

SLIPPER UPPER
100% genuine premuim bovine leather.

SOLE
The textured EVA rubber wedge sole is 6mm at the toe and 12mm at the heel.

These thick soles create a barrier between your feet and chilly floors, prevent slippage, are durable, crack resistent, waterproof and ok for light outdoor use.

BINDING
Made from cotton/polyester.

Materials are all sourced in South Africa.

Fitting Instructions

Our Cosy Shepherd slippers are unisex and sized according to UK sizing.

They are true to size, so we recommend ordering your usual shoe size. If one wears a half size, we recommend taking a size larger.

When new, your slippers will feel snug - this is intentional. The fit will naturally relax after a few wears as the sheepskin wool flattens and the suede gently stretches, moulding perfectly to your feet.

Guarantee

Should there be any manufacturing defaults, we offer 6 months guarantee from date of purchase.

Delivery

We aim to book the courier on the same day as your order is placed.

Orders are dispatched from Johnannesburg and delivered nationwide at a cost of R99.00 per order.

Delivery takes between 1-5 working days once dispatched depending on where the package is going to. Johannesburg delivery takes about 1 working day.

We do not ship internationally (sorry).

Care Suggestions

* Use a soft bristled brush to gently remove dust, debris or dirt from wool.

* Spot clean wool gently by hand with luke warm water and liquid wool detergent. Air dry.

* Do not machine or hand wash the whole slipper. One should not wash genuine leather.

Apply the Spotless Leather Clean & Feed onto the upper leather part of the slippers. This helps remove dirt, dust, some stains and debris whilst replenishing the necessary oils, restoring the leather's softness, flexibility and lustre. Leather Clean & Feed prevents drying, cracking and premature aging of the leather.

Gingerbread you can't eat!

I adore my new slippers although they are a little tight if I wear socks with them. I should have ordered a bigger size; I'm normally a 7 and ordered a 9. It's fine as they fit snuggly and are a pleasure to wear. I now want to order the black leather ones BUT need to find the money!!
Seriously these slippers are beautifully made and very comfortable. They are well priced for the product and delivered quickly. I cannot fault them.

Gift your feet a warm, winter's hug!

I am always uncertain where to buy wool slippers, seeing as everyone has them available these days. Luck was on my side the day I chose to investigate Sheepskin Slippers SA's website and came across their beautiful products.
In comparison to slippers I have had before the price was what intrigued me the most, seeing as it was not much different from that of other places and yet it was real leather.
I appreciate the fact that it is all natural, deriving directly from the sheep, and not some synthetic product that won't last.
Not to mention the friendly support I got when I had a question regarding sizing, or how swiftly my order was delivered (within the week).

Most importantly, once I tried on the first slipper my life was changed. I had never felt something so soft and warm that instantly made my feet feel relaxed. It is like walking on a cloud that keeps your toes toasty as you go; even my husband (of whom I was unsure would like them) absolutely LOVED them!
