Fitting Instructions

  • Our slippers are unisex and sized according to SA/UK size chart.
  • They are true to size, so we recommend ordering your usual shoe size.
  • If one wears a half size, we recommend taking a size larger.
  • When new, your slippers will feel snug - this is intentional. The fit will naturally relax after a few wears as the sheepskin wool flattens and the upper gently stretches, moulding perfectly to your feet.
  • If you're in Johannesburg and would like to try on a pair before purchasing, you're welcome to visit us at River Club, Sandton. Please contact us to arrange a convenient time.

Delivery

  • We aim to book the courier on the same day as your order is placed.
  • Delivery options and shipping rates are displayed at checkout.
  • Orders are dispatched from Johnannesburg.
  • Delivery takes between 1-5 working days once dispatched depending on where the package is going to. Johannesburg/Pretoria delivery takes about 1 working day.
  • We do not ship internationally (sorry).

Care Suggestions

  • Use a soft bristled brush to gently remove dust, debris or dirt.
  • Spot clean wool gently by hand with luke warm water and liquid wool detergent.
  • Do not machine or hand wash the whole product . One should not wash suede.
  • Air dry only. Avoid direct sunlight.

Love these

I bought these for my boyfriend and he hasn't complained about them (which is a major win)! Our quality inspector (Tuxedo cat named Hedwig) can also verify that they are top quality (she won't attack anything that isn't made from real animal fur/hair). These slippers were purchased as a birthday gift for my Son. My Son is a very outdoor man's man, and I was not sure he would appreciate the luxury.

Beautifully comfortable with a sturdy sole so you can wear them outdoors. Felt a bit stiff at first but quickly softened with a bit of wearing. Very easy to slip on & off.
