• Orders are dispatched from Johnannesburg and delivered in ecomomy nationwide at a cost of R99.00 per order.
• Delivery takes between 1-5 working days once dispatched depending on where the package is going to. Johannesburg delivery takes about 1 working day.
• We do not ship internationally (sorry).

Caring for your long wool sheepskin requires a gentle touch to preserve its natural softness, warmth, and longevity.

Cleaning options:

• Suitable for dry cleaning, gentle machine washing, hand washing, or spot cleaning
• Always use a mild liquid detergent or a wool-specific wash designed for delicate fibres
• Use lukewarm water (maximum 40°C)
• Avoid spin cycles, wringing, or twisting
• Air dry naturally, away from direct sunlight or heat sources
  

Step-by-step care:

1. Shake or vacuum: Gently shake out your sheepskin or vacuum using a soft brush attachment to remove loose dirt and dust.
2. Spot clean (for small areas): Mix a small amount of mild liquid detergent or wool wash with lukewarm water. Using a soft cloth or sponge, gently blot the affected area. Avoid rubbing or scrubbing.
3. Rinse: Dampen a clean cloth with fresh lukewarm water and gently blot to remove any soap residue.
4. Remove excess moisture: Blot with a clean, dry towel. Do not wring or twist the sheepskin.
5. Air dry naturally: Lay flat in a well-ventilated area, away from direct sunlight or artificial heat. Allow to dry completely - this may take time.
6. Brush to restore softness: Once fully dry, gently brush with a soft-bristle or pet brush to revive the wool’s natural loft.

Optional care:
To maintain the suppleness of the leather backing, a specialist leather or sheepskin conditioner may be applied occasionally. This is optional and not required for the wool fibres.
