• Our insoles are unisex and sized according to SA/UK size chart.
• They are true to size, so we recommend ordering your usual shoe size.
• If one wears a half size, we recommend taking a size larger.
• If the insole is too big for your shoe, simply trim it to size with a pair of scissors.
• To get the correct shape or size required, take the insole out of the shoe you want to put the sheepskin insole into. Place both insoles on top of each other and trace around the sheepskin insole with a pencil, then trim to size and place insole inside your shoe.

• We aim to book the courier on the same day as your order is placed.
• Orders are dispatched from Johnannesburg and delivered in ecomomy nationwide at a cost of R99.00 per order.
• Delivery takes between 1-5 working days once dispatched depending on where the package is going to. Johannesburg delivery takes about 1 working day.
• We do not ship internationally (sorry).

Washing guidelines:

• Wash as per any wool product: Dry clean, machine wash on the wool cycle, or hand wash/spot clean in luke warm water. Any hotter and the product may get damaged.
• Use wool liquid detergent rather than granule detergent because the granules sometimes don't dissolve properly and leave a residue.
• Gently squeeze water out. Rather not wring/twist them.
• Rehape your insole and lay flat.
• Air dry only. Avoid direct sunlight.
