• Our Igloo slippers are unisex and sized according to SA/UK size chart.
• They are true to size, so we recommend ordering your usual shoe size. They are designed with a comfortable loose fit.
• Half sizes don't need to size up. For example, a size 5.5 foot will fit a size 5 Igloo.
• If you're in Johannesburg and would like to try on a pair before purchasing, you're welcome to visit us at River Club, Sandton. Please contact us to arrange a convenient time.

• We aim to book the courier on the same day as your order is placed.
• Orders are dispatched from Johnannesburg and delivered in ecomomy nationwide at a cost of R99.00 per order.
• Delivery takes between 1-5 working days once dispatched depending on where the package is going to. Johannesburg delivery takes about 1 working day.
• We do not ship internationally (sorry).

Washing guidelines:

• Pull the inner out.
• Wash as per any wool product: Dry clean, machine wash on the wool cycle, or hand wash/spot clean in luke warm water. Any hotter and the product may get damaged.
• Use wool liquid detergent rather than granule detergent because the granules sometimes don't dissolve properly and leave a residue.
• Gently squeeze water out. Rather not wring/twist them.
• Lay the slipper flat.
• Air dry only. Avoid direct sunlight.
• Once dried, put the inner back inside.

Cleaning & Dirt prevention solutions:

• Spray the Spotless Dirt Resistor on the outside of the suede and wool. This helps repel liquids, resist stains and add an extra layer of protection to your product.
