- 100% natural and 100% wool
-
Wrinkle Resistant. At microscopic level, each fibre is like a coiled spring that returns to its natural shape after being bent.
-
Naturally Breathable. Fibres can absorb large quantities of moisture vapour then move it away to evaporate into the air.
-
Auto Thermo Regulated. In contrast to synthetics, wool helps you stay warm when the weather is cold, and cool when the weather is hot.
-
Odour Resistant. The unique chemical structure of wool enables it to absorb and lock away odours which can be released on washing.
-
Soft on skin. Wool fibres are extremely fine, enabling them to bend to feel soft and luxuriously gentle on your skin.
-
Stain Resistant. Fibres have a natural protective outer layer that helps prevent stains from being absorbed.
- Excellent insulator.
-
Anti-Static. Because wool tends not to generate static, it attracts less dust and lint.
-
Hypo-allergenic. No itch and comfortable on skin of any age.
-
Washable in tepid/cold water in a washing machine or hand wash. Air dry.
-
100% Biodegradable. When wool is disposed of, it will naturally decompose in soil releasing valuable nutrients back into the earth.
-
Fire Resistant: Wool’s inherent chemical structure makes wool naturally flame resistant. Whilst cotton catches alight at 255°C, the temperature must reach 570-600°C before wool will ignite. Wool never melts so it can’t stick to the skin like many common synthetics.
-
UV Resistant. As a natural fibre, wool has evolved over millions of years to protect sheep against the elements by absorbing UV radiation providing protection from the sun.
